Avra joined Tritium in 2025 as an Operating Partner focused on Go-To-Market. She partners with portfolio companies to facilitate their efforts to accelerate growth in alignment with each investment thesis, to supports deal evaluation through commercial due diligence, and to help identify opportunities for long-term, sustainable value creation. Before joining Tritium, Avra served as Head of Value Creation at Lead Edge Capital, where she launched the practice, hired its first team members, and partnered with boards and executive teams on initiatives spanning Go-to-Market, Product, and Talent. She previously built Vista Equity Partners’ Revenue Strategy & Operations practice, supporting commercial excellence across Vista’s software portfolio. Avra brings more than a decade of hands-on SaaS operating experience, having scaled companies from early-stage growth to $1B+ in revenue across industries as diverse as customer engagement, cybersecurity, healthcare, recruiting, compliance, and transportation. Avra began her career as a corporate attorney focused on M&A, Private Equity, and Securities transactions. She earned her juris doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley and her B.A. at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
