Ms. Schoeman is a Senior Principal and Director of UK Tax at TowerBrook. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ms. Schoeman was Director of Tax and Structuring at Lion Capital LLP in London where she led the fund tax and deal structuring operations. Prior to joining Lion Capital in 2014, she was a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG in London and Johannesburg having started with KPMG in 2002. Previously, she spent two years at Andersen Assurance & Business Advisory in Cape Town, South Africa. Ms. Schoeman earned her BA Law LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and her B Comm Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and earned her LLM Tax from the University of Johannesburg in 2006.
