Heloise Gautier Bio

Ms. Gautier is a Principal and Associate General Counsel Europe at TowerBrook. Previously, Ms. Gautier was sole legal counsel in the London office of private equity firm VGO Capital Partners LLP. Prior to joining VGO in 2016, she spent two years at UBS Asset Management focusing on Global Real Estate Funds. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gautier worked in the New York and London offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Ropes & Gray. Ms Gautier holds an LLM degree from Columbia Law School.
