Richard Hands Bio

Richard is the Managing Director of Terra Firma, overseeing the firm’s investment portfolio and new deals. He joined Terra Firma on the analyst programme in 2013 and has worked across a large number of the firm’s former and current portfolio businesses. Prior to his current role, Richard led on a number of Terra Firma’s residential investments, including Annington and overseeing the firm’s investment into UK land promoter Richborough in 2022. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter.
