Grant Schlereth Bio

Grant joined Terra Firma in 2022. He has nearly 20 years of experience encompassing developing and implementing business transformation programmes with a strong focus on environmental improvement, and designing and constructing low impact civil infrastructure and green buildings. He has previously worked at McKinsey & Company, Arup and Laing O’Rourke. Grant graduated with a Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
