Gabe Wood Bio

Gabe is an experienced investor and operator who serves as a Managing Director at Tenex Capital Management, which he joined in 2012. When he’s not in the office, Gabe enjoys playing bad golf on good courses, quoting classic comedies, rooting for his 2021 National Champion Georgia Bulldogs, disputing his technical status as a millennial, and spending time with his wife, three kids and dog. Gabe and Perrin Monroe were soccer and lacrosse teammates at Phillips Exeter Academy since age 14, bullpen neighbors at Morgan Stanley, and worked together closely at CD&R. Gabe initially met and helped advise Mike Green on a Morgan Stanley/Cerberus transaction in 2007.
