Patrick Morrison Bio

Patrick manages TCV’s global executive network and advises its portfolio companies on talent placement and strategy. Prior to TCV, Patrick was VP of Talent at Khosla Ventures, where he worked with a portfolio of 300 companies across enterprise, consumer, digital health, and frontier. Before Khosla, Patrick led executive search for Adobe’s Creative Cloud business. Patrick began his career in Talent at preeminent search firms Korn Ferry and Bespoke Partners, where he led CxO searches for public, PE, and VC backed technology companies. Patrick earned his JD from University of San Diego’s School of Law and his BA from Arizona State University.
