Mark Carter Bio

Mark is co-head of TA's North America Healthcare Group. He joined TA in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. Led and originated a number of healthcare investments for TA over the last decade plus. Completed numerous add-on acquisitions, assisted with new product development and market expansion inside his portfolio. Head of multiple audit, compensation and compliance committees for the boards on which he serves. Member of TA's Management Committee.
