Joined TA in 2018 as an Associate. Expertise across transaction types, including in family & founder owned companies, private equity owned companies and carve-outs, both in majority and minority positions. Assisted portfolio companies in making more than 15 add-on acquisitions. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
