Sean Budhrani Bio

Sean is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence and execution, and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Southfield in 2023, Sean was the Director of Strategy at Orva (a private equity-backed ecommerce company). Sean was previously an Associate and Vice President at Sixth Street in their direct lending group for three years. While at Sixth Street, he was involved in underwriting, executing and managing senior secured debt transactions in middle-market businesses. Sean holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
