Mr. Nowotny joined Solace in 2022. Prior to Solace, Mr. Nowotny was an Associate with Intrepid Investment Bankers, where he spent close to five years advising on and executing M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including consumer, software, digital media, and industrials. Mr. Nowotny earned his BA in Economics from Amherst College. Mr. Nowotny is a member of the board of ACC and board observer of Sun Mountain Sports.
