Tim Revelle Bio

Tim Revelle is a Vice President at Skyview Capital where he helps lead M&A and VC deal efforts including deal screening and due diligence, financial modeling, seller negotiations, capital market financings, and portfolio management. Mr. Revelle is a seasoned deal professional with a proven track record of executing complex transactions under expedited timelines, with particular focus on distressed turnaround situations, corporate carve-outs, technology/SaaS, and disruptive high-growth VC investments. Prior to joining Skyview, Mr. Revelle served as a Consultant for several notable private equity groups including Turnspire Capital and Northern Pacific Group. Over his 12+ year career which spans roles in private equity, venture capital, and investment banking, Mr. Revelle has executed numerous buy-side, sell-side, senior/mezzanine debt, and venture capital raises valued at approximately $1.5 billion. Mr. Revelle earned his MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Management and holds an Economics B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
