Kutluk Uslu Bio

Kutluk Uslu is the M&A executive leading all IT, Technology, and Security acquisition/divestiture due diligence, transition activities, and post-close portfolio company operational support services. Kutluk has been with Skyview for over 14 years and brings over 30 years of global IT, technology, and security experience. Previously, Kutluk served as the President of Interact and CTO of NewNet CT in the Skyview portfolio. Prior to Skyview, he held executive roles at NewNet, ADC Telecommunications, and SS8 in engineering, customer success, product management, sales engineering, and operations. As an expert in the SS7 signaling area, Kutluk has been interviewed by market analysts and referenced in IETF SIGTRAN standards. Kutluk holds B.S. and M.S degrees in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
