Pedro Cafaro Bio

Pedro Cafaro is a Principal at Siguler Guff and supports the Firm’s emerging markets funds. Prior to joining Siguler Guff’s São Paulo office in 2018, Mr. Cafaro worked in capital markets, M&A and private equity at several renowned law firms in Brazil including TozziniFreire and Trench Rossi Watanabe (in cooperation with Baker Mackenzie). Previously, he was a member of the investment team within the investment banking division of Safra Group, and also worked on the investment team at Gavea Jus. Mr. Cafaro holds an LL.B. in Law from Universidade Mackenzie, as well as an LL.M. in Corporate Law and an M.B.A. in Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Mr. Cafaro is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
