Since Ms. Zhang founded Coastal Investment in 2004, as the chief executive, she has devoted herself to the management of all investment projects and overall operations. The coastal team she organized and led has now become a team of experts in China's distressed debt investment and special opportunity investment fields. Ms. Zhang is responsible for the formulation of the investment strategy of the coastal team and fully leads the management of investment projects, focusing on the overall process management of the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets, including project acquisition, analysis, negotiation, reorganization and liquidation. In 2015, Ms. Zhang served as the chairman of the China Non-Performing Loan Industry Alliance, which covers thousands of core industry chain companies in the field of non-performing assets, such as local banks, asset management companies and law firms. Ms. Zhang Xiaolin is familiar with real estate investment and its development process. Before establishing Coastal Investment, the real estate development company established by Ms. Zhang had completed investment and development of five real estate projects in the Chinese market. As a domestic investment expert, Ms. Zhang has 19 years of investment experience, including 12 years of non-performing asset investment experience. The Coastal Investment that she founded has now become the core platform of China's distressed debt investment and special opportunity investment market—a market-oriented and in-depth investment management network centered on coastal investment, covering all parts of the country. Ms. Zhang has an excellent educational background. She graduated from the University of Chicago Business School with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
