Since founding Coast Investment in 2004, Ms. Zhang, as the head, has been dedicated to the management of all investment projects and overall operations. The Coast team she built and leads has now become an expert team in the field of distressed debt investment and special opportunities investment in China. Ms. Zhang is responsible for formulating the investment strategy for the Coast team and leading the overall management of investment projects, focusing on the overall process management of non-performing asset acquisition and disposal, including project acquisition, analysis, negotiation, restructuring, and liquidation. In 2015, Ms. Zhang served as the chairperson of the China Non-Performing Loan Industry Alliance, which covers thousands of core industry chain enterprises in the non-performing asset sector, such as local banks, asset management companies, and law firms. Ms. Zhang Xiaolin is well-versed in real estate investment and development. Before establishing Coast Investment, her real estate development company had completed the investment and development of five real estate projects in the Chinese market. As a domestic investment expert, Ms. Zhang has 22 years of investment experience, including 16 years of experience in non-performing asset investment. Coast Investment, which she founded, has now become a core platform in China's non-performing debt investment and special opportunities investment market—a market-oriented and in-depth investment management network centered on Coast Investment and covering the whole country. Ms. Zhang has an outstanding educational background; she graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA degree.
