Timothy Austin Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Austin was an investment banking associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley in New York. He began his career in the restructuring group at Rothschild in New York. Mr. Austin is currently a member of the board of Ziply Fiber. Mr. Austin received a BA from Bates College.
