François Dekker Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Dekker was a principal at Bain Capital in London, where he focused on investments in the consumer, services and industrial sectors. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley in London. Mr. Dekker serves on various portfolio company boards. Mr. Dekker received an MSc in business administration and economics from the University of St. Gallen.
