Antoine Ernoult-Dairaine Bio

Antoine Ernoult-Dairaine has served as a Partner at Sagard in Europe since 2003. Antoine has helped to define the firm’s strategic vision and position Sagard among the most active funds in the French SME segment. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Antoine invests in middle-market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and is in charge of originating and executing a wide range of investments and tracking their performance.. He is based in Paris. Antoine began his career at CCF’s M&A Department in Milan, then relocated to Paris. In 1997, he joined the Salomon Brothers M&A Department in London before moving on in 2000 to Goldman Sachs’ M&A Department in London, then in Paris. He holds an MBA from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and is a member of the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF).
