Jim Damratoski Bio

Jim serves in a dual capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Operating Partner supporting businesses within the portfolio. Prior to joining Rosser Capital Partners, he was the CFO for MAPF Holdings, Inc., a private equity owned pet food manufacturer based in Texas, from 2022 through early 2025. From 2014 until 2022, he served as CFO of PetPeople Holdings in Columbus, Ohio, overseeing the rapid growth of the business from 20 stores to over 75 stores at its peak. He was instrumental in facilitating two investment transactions, first as TA Associates made a significant growth investment in 2017 and then as TA Associates exited the investment in early 2022 via a sale to a strategic buyer. From 2005 through 2014, Jim served in several finance leadership roles for a large, privately held real estate developer based in Columbus, Ohio. He began his career in 2001 as a financial auditor for EY’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Jim attended Miami University’s Farmer School of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Accountancy. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in the State of Ohio (currently inactive).
