André Martinelli Bio

André Martinelli is the Head of Portfolio Resources at Rockbridge. In this role, he supports value creation planning and execution and partners with portfolio companies on high-priority initiatives to accelerate their growth. André has spent his career helping companies and people grow. Prior to starting his consulting practice, he was a Director of Go-to-Market for Vista Consulting Group (VCG), which is the operations arm of Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm investing in software, data, and tech-enabled companies. Prior to VCG, André was a Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, a management consulting firm exclusively focused on helping companies accelerate profitable revenue growth. He began his career at McKinsey & Co. André received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a BA in Economics from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
