Steve Kaplan Bio

Steve has more than 30 years of private equity, strategy consulting, and operating experience. He began consulting to Riverside in 2005 and joined as a General Partner in 2006. Previously, Steve was a Managing Director of Audax Group, a private equity and mezzanine debt firm, and served as an Operating Partner at Texas Pacific Group. His operating experience includes serving as President of Harris Graphics, a $450 million printing press manufacturer, Executive Vice President and CFO of The Coleman Company, a $1.2 billion manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment, and Executive Vice President, CFO, and CSO of AM International, a $1.2 billion graphic arts equipment and supplies manufacturer. Steve began his career in strategy consulting and was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group.
