Leonora Lesesne Bio

Leonora joined Resurgens in March of 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Resurgens, Leonora worked at Bain & Company for 12 years. While at Bain, she supported clients on various corporate strategy projects, including: private equity diligences, growth strategy, cost savings programs, and corporate reorganizations. She also served as the Director of Bain's Transformation practice, covering a broad set of topics: change management, agile innovation, organizational design, leadership, and talent strategy. In that role, she supported strategy implementation at clients, and executed strategic initiatives, including annual strategy plans, new IP development, client training programs, and business development. Prior to Bain, Leonora worked in Investment Banking for 4 years in NYC at Citigroup, where she advised on structured-debt deals for corporate clients. Leonora graduated Cum Laude from the University of Virginia with a B.B.A. in Economics and subsequently received her MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
