Resurgens Technology Partners Team

Adi is a co-founder of Resurgens and brings over a decade of technology-focused investment and advisory experience to the firm. Before founding Resurgens, Adi most recently teamed up with Fred Sturgis to spearhead Accel-KKR's small buyout effort, where they led several investments for the firm. Prior to Accel-KKR, Adi was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Co. in the private equity group where he led due diligence initiatives and drove post-investment strategic initiatives for various investment firms including New Mountain Capital, GTCR and Warburg Pincus. Adi was also a leader in Bain's advanced analytics group focused on the development of "data as an asset" initiatives, particularly as they apply to the financial services industry and customer acquisition/retention efforts. Prior to Bain & Co., Adi was an Associate in the growth equity practice of H.I.G. Capital, where he worked with Fred on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Adi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Furman University with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics. Adi was a member of the varsity football team and was named the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Student Athlete of the Year. Adi subsequently received an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with High Honors.
