Mark Hopkins has dedicated his career to leadership, innovation, and empowering others. His experience spans numerous senior roles at Hewlett-Packard and Emerson Electric and a texture-filled journey as a founder and entrepreneur. Mark studied engineering at Cornell and Stanford Universities, providing the background to startup Peak Industries, a medical device contract manufacturer of dialysis machines and other complex devices. As the driving force behind Peak, Mark led the company to over 300 employees and the successful sale of Peak to Delphi Technologies. Mark’s passion extends beyond business operations. Following the sale of Peak, he committed himself to fostering growth in other entrepreneurs. His book, Shortcut to Prosperity, serves as a guide for budding entrepreneurs and shares differentiating behaviors that promise to bring career and personal success. Mark founded Crescendo Capital Partners as a means to channel his operational expertise and capital resources towards accelerating growth in early-stage businesses. Seeking bigger challenges and a vehicle for more impact, Mark helped found Rallyday. Today, Mark serves as a Managing Partner at Rallyday, mentoring founder leaders, inspiring leadership teams, and challenging all of us to think bigger. Mark’s dedication to service is evident in his community roles. He sits on the Steering Committee for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, the board of directors for The Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver, and is the former Chairman of YPO Gold Rocky Mountain. These positions enable him to shape a better future for both businesses and the wider community. Throughout his journey, Mark has remained true to his engineering roots, using systematic and analytical thinking to generate prosperity.
