Michiel Mak Bio

Mr. Mak has worked with the Prostar team for more than five years as an Operating Partner focused on Prostar’s investments in the natural gas sector. He has more than three decades of experience in the energy sector. Previously, he served as CEO of Hanas LNG and Executive Director of Hanas Group, a large integrated gas business in China. Mr. Mak was responsible for building, developing, and operating the business for several LNG import terminals for Hanas, including managing a liquefaction plant. He previously held senior leadership roles at Shell in Asia, North America and Europe leading various LNG and gas pipeline developments.
