He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance transactions including more than a decade as a private equity investor. Prior to founding Prostar Capital, Dave was a Principal at Alpine Grove Partners, a $5.0 billion global real estate private equity firm in New York. Prior to Grove, Dave held two senior roles advising on M&A and equity capital raises with an emphasis on infrastructure, energy and other real assets. |
