Florian Feddeck Bio

Florian Feddeck has more than ten years of experience in restructuring companies. For the "digital native," digitalisation is a key tool for optimizing processes. Feddeck relies on innovative management techniques, such as process mining. Florian Feddeck has been a shareholder and managing director of Procast Guss GmbH, one of the leading iron foundries in Europe, since October 2019. Prior to that, Feddeck spent six years at the Berlin-based technology company Schleicher, including three years as managing director of subsidiary Schleicher E-Mobility GmbH, a manufacturer of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. From 2014 to 2019, he was "Manager Innovation & Strategy" at Schleicher Beteiligungs GmbH. Directly after his studies, Feddeck worked for a medium-sized holding company. During his time at Schleicher, Feddeck and his team developed the start-up incubator "sizzl" ("Schleicher Incubator Zoom Zone Labs"). The goal of sizzl is to promote and collaborate with young Berlin hardware companies in order to support industrial development in Berlin as a business location. Florian Feddeck has been founding companies since his youth - including a development service provider for industrial security technology. He therefore knows the challenges for founders from practical experience.
