Private Assets Team

As CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Private Assets, Sven Dübbers is responsible for company acquisitions as well as the operational management and further development of the investments. Sven Dübbers studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and graduated as Dipl.-Ing.. During his studies, Sven Dübbers was already intensively involved in corporate restructuring and M&A, working on numerous restructuring reports for the Treuhandanstalt before moving to the finance department of Procter&Gamble's European headquarters. After gaining experience in a major international corporation, he returned to the German medium-sized business sector. Here, as a consultant and interim manager, he was again intensively involved in corporate restructuring. Before becoming more and more active as an investor himself, Sven Dübbers worked in the operations department of a listed private equity investor for turnaround situations. He looks back on numerous successful realignments under his leadership, including Burmester Audiosysteme, Westfalia Reisemobile, Schleicher Electronic, Sinterwerke.
