Allen Weaver, CFA, is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Pricoa Private Capital. Pricoa Private Capital manages a US$96.4 billion portfolio (as of 31.3.22) of private placement and mezzanine investments through our regional office network comprised of 15 offices worldwide and purchases up to US$13 billion annually in predominantly senior debt and junior capital. Allen previously ran Boston and Chicago Global Corporate Finance offices and invested in the Asian private equity markets while based in Hong Kong with PFI Asia. He joined PFI in 1985. Allen received a BS from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. |
