Reed Westerman Bio

Mr. Westerman is a Vice President at Peak Rock. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Hudson Advisors, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, where he was responsible for executing and managing private equity and debt investments across North America. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings.Mr. Westerman received a bachelor’s degree in finance, cum laude, from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
