Mr. DiSimone is the Chief Executive Officer of Peak Rock Capital. Peak Rock manages over $2 billion in equity and debt funds focused on investing in middle market businesses. He has completed a broad variety of investments across numerous industries and transaction types. He has served on the board of directors of many middle market companies working with management teams to achieve accelerated growth and performance improvement. Mr. DiSimone has extensive industry leadership experience as a Managing Partner and Managing Director at investment funds affiliated with Aurora Capital and H.I.G. Capital, respectively. Previously, Mr. DiSimone was a Manager at Bain & Company where he led turnaround/performance improvement, merger and acquisition, and strategy engagements for leading domestic and international companies. Mr. DiSimone received a master’s degree in business administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a bachelor of science degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from Boston University.
