Jung Woo Choi Bio

Mr. Choi is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Peak Rock. Previously, Mr. Choi was a Vice President at the Carlyle Group where he served as Chief Financial Officer for Carlyle Mezzanine Partners and head of partnership accounting for Carlyle’s distressed debt and energy mezzanine funds within the Global Market Strategies group. Prior to that he was at Credit Suisse where he was a controller for one of the DLJ Merchant Banking funds. He also previously spent time at JP Morgan Partners and began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.Mr. Choi received a master’s degree in business administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tulane University. He is also a CPA in the state of New York.
