Mr. Dabbous is a Managing Director of Peak Rock Capital Europe, where he is involved in sourcing and leading all aspects of transactions. He has extensive experience leading investments in corporate carve-outs, founder-owned companies and restructurings. Mr. Dabbous has completed numerous transactions across multiple European geographies, with particular experience in consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Previously, he was a Partner and board member of Montagu Private Equity, where he led a number of investments in middle market companies and served on their boards of directors. Mr. Dabbous has also worked as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Dabbous received a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from INSEAD and a master of arts (Oxon.) in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University.
