G. Thomas Hough Bio

Tom Hough joined Parthenon Capital in 2013 and is a Principal in the firm’s Boston office. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies. Prior to joining Parthenon, Tom served as an Analyst at BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm, where he was involved in executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Tom holds an M.S. and B.S. from Wake Forest University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma.
