Gietha joined ONCAP in 2017. Previously, she worked at DWM Asset Management in the Private Equity group and the Investment Banking division of Evercore, both in New York. Gietha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Gietha focuses on investment opportunities in the Industrials sector.
