Aaron joined ONCAP in 2022. Previously, he worked at Deloitte Consulting, General Mills, Vanguard, and Shopify in Toronto. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources from Cornell University. Aaron assists with a variety of talent needs across ONCAP operating companies to create value. Aaron also leads internal talent at ONCAP.
