A media industry manager and private equity principal since 1987, has overseen all aspects of portfolio company financial matters and has led acquisition and divestiture activities, including sourcing and negotiating investments, developing transaction structures and sourcing debt and co-investment capital for a wide range of portfolio companies. In addition, Earl has stepped into various financial and operating roles at portfolio companies when required. Between 1987 and 1997, Earl was a principal at Backe Group, an industry focused private equity investment company and was then a Principal at BG Media Investors, LP. Earl graduated from Widener College with honors and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
