Prior to NPC, Mr. Carr was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BB&T Capital Markets where he focused on M&A transactions across a variety of industry verticals. He currently serves on the board of directors of NPC portfolio company Aztec Software. Mr. Carr graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a double major in Finance from the College of William & Mary.
