Lex Leeming Bio

Mr. Leeming is a Partner, the Head of Business Development, and a member of the Investment Committee of NPC. Mr. Leeming has 18 years of experience in private equity investing, sourcing, and capital raising and has completed numerous middle-market buyouts across a variety of industries. Prior to NPC, Mr. Leeming was Partner & Head of Business Development at Moelis Capital Partners. Prior to Moelis, Mr. Leeming was a Principal with Park Avenue Equity Partners, a middle-market buyout fund, where he was part of the investment team and involved in deal execution. Previously, Mr. Leeming worked in a strategy and marketing capacity at American Express and began his career as an analyst at Global Emerging Markets. Mr. Leeming graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
