Ms. Scotti leads investor relations, marketing, and capital formation initiatives. Ms. Scotti joins NexPhase from Vestar Capital Partners, a middle market buyout firm, where she helped develop, launch, and implement the firm’s investor relations program. Prior to that, Ms. Scotti worked in the Private Capital Advisory group at Evercore and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Ewing Bemiss & Co. Ms. Scotti graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A in Finance and International Business from the University of Richmond.
