Alan Rogers Bio

Prior to NexPhase, Mr. Rogers was an Associate at Moelis Capital Partners. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Consumer, Food and Retail Group at Houlihan Lokey where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Rogers holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the board of directors for NPC portfolio companies Tubby Todd and Oliver Wine Company.
