Mark Eidemueller Bio

Mark has over 25 years of private equity investing experience. He has successfully partnered with entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them assess competitive positioning, develop and implement growth strategies, and address weaknesses to drive performance. Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors of Science Interactive Group and Paxton Patterson LLC. Prior to joining Millpond, Mark founded Wasena Capital Management, a lower middle market private equity investment platform. Earlier he was a partner at Brockway Moran & Partners, a growth oriented private equity firm with $1.3 billion under management, where he served on various boards including Gold’s Gym, Celeste Industries and Pennant Foods. Mark began his career at PaineWebber, Inc. in their equity research department. He earned a BA in Economics from Yale University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business. Mark lives in Vero Beach with his wife, two daughters and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his children’s sporting events, pontooning and paddleboarding.
