Jeff has nearly thirty years of experience as a private equity investor and operating executive in middle market businesses. He currently serves as a Director of TouchMath, Pharmacy Development Services, and BrandRep and as Executive Chairman of Science First and Hands-on Labs. Before joining Millpond, Jeff served as an Operating Partner at The Riverside Company for eight years. Jeff served as the Chairman of seven portfolio companies, from a variety of industries, including business services, education and training, healthcare, and others. Prior to joining Riverside, Jeff was the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Global Travel International, a travel services business with over 30,000 agents world-wide. Jeff also served as COO, CFO and Board Member of JTECH Communications, a Bain Capital Company, the leader in the on premise paging system business and CFO, VP Operations and VP Sales at Coiltronics, now a Cooper Industries division and leader in high-end electromagnetic components. Jeff also consulted at a wide range of software businesses and, earlier in his career, was a management consultant with Laventhol & Horwath, CPA. He earned his BS in Economics and Business and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
