Jenna Bonczewski is a Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Ms. Bonczewski was a Principal at Evolution Credit Partners, a credit investment manager. At Evolution, she was a member of the investment team and was responsible for the origination, underwriting, structuring, negotiation and monitoring of credit investments. Prior to joining Evolution, Ms. Bonczewski held positions at Ares Management, American Capital and LBC Credit Partners as a member of the investment team. Ms. Bonczewski earned a B.A. in Government from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
