Aileen Wang Bio

Aileen Wang is a Vice President of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2020, Ms. Wang was with KLS Diversified Asset Management. At KLS, she was a member of the Special Situations team responsible for investing in distressed securities, private financings and other strategic market opportunities across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining KLS, Ms. Wang worked in the Restructuring group at Millstein & Co., where she advised corporate and creditor clients on restructuring transactions. Ms. Wang currently serves on the boards of CrashPlan and Seviroli. Ms. Wang is a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Economics.
