Dianna Seltz Bio

Dianna joined Mill City Capital in 2012 as an Associate. She is primarily responsible for financial statement analysis and modeling, conducting due diligence, arranging investment financing and monitoring portfolio companies. Dianna is a board member of Behrens Manufacturing, Impact Confections, JMH International and Wholesale Produce Supply. Prior to joining Mill City, Dianna worked as an investment banking analyst for Lazard Middle Market in their New York office. Dianna received her B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
