Mr. MacDonald has spent the majority of his career as a private equity investor and advisor to emerging growth companies. Prior to co-founding MezzCap Partners, Mr. MacDonald co-founded Private Equity Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles based venture capital and private equity firm that sponsored investments in emerging technology and telecommunications companies since 1996. Mr. MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.
