Prior to co-founding MezzCap Partners, Mr. Kabot served as a Director with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a $1 billion private equity fund that makes subordinated debt and equity investments in middle market companies. Prior to joining LLCP in 2001, Mr. Kabot was a Senior Vice President, Director of Private Placements for Sutro & Co., originating, structuring and marketing private offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Kabot earned his M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
