Lanre Osinusi is the Founder and President of Kalbot Holding Company. In this role, he leverages nearly a decade of experience working closely with middle-market industrial businesses. His experience includes acting as a sell side and buy side M&A advisor to businesses across a range of industrial sub-sectors, with extensive experience in the Environmental Services and Industrial Services industries. Prior to Kalbot Holding Company, Lanre was a Senior Vice President with the Industrials Group of Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Division, focusing on middle-market Environmental and Industrial Services clients. Before Houlihan Lokey, Lanre was an Investment Banking Associate with the Diversified Industrials Group of Harris Williams & Co. Lanre’s experience as an M&A advisor provides a strong knowledge of the dynamics within the Environmental and Industrial Services sectors. This experience also provides familiarity with the operational demands of middle market businesses; comfort in working closely with experienced operators; and a broad professional network of potential industry partners and advisors. Lanre began his career as a CPA with PwC, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
