Olivier joined John Laing in March 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. From 2008 to 2014, Olivier served as Chief Executive Officer and then Executive Chairman of Saur SAS in France. Prior to this he was Deputy Chief Executive of Veolia Transport Group, responsible for the French and US businesses, Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Transportation Inc, based in Washington and Chief Executive Officer of Connex Trains, based in London. He was also Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO of Compagnie Générale des Eaux and Commercial Director of Unic Systems. Olivier holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. In 2016, he was awarded the Légion d’Honneur by the French President François Hollande and in 2008 the Ordre National du Mérite by the French Transport Minister. |
